I meant to post this video a long time ago, but never got around to it. Today I came across it in my search for the video of Twitch and Kherington Payne’s Mia Michaels bed routine and so I decided to post it now. This was a killer Shane Sparks group routine. I think my favorite part is when it’s 3 guys and Comfort and Comfort more than holds her own. It’s awesome to watch what Shane Sparks created.

Also, I haven’t found the video of Kherington and Twitch Mia Michaels bed routine yet, but you can be sure I’ll post it when I do find it. I’m pretty sure that’s going to be one that a lot of people remember and want to watch.
