Last week’s episode of SYTYCD was full of familiar faces. As I have time I’ll try and highlight some of them and some videos of them dancing and doing choreography before SYTYCD. First up is Brandon Dumlao who made it to the SYTYCD Season 5 top 32 and was cut just before making it to the top 20.

Check out Brandon Dumlao, a hip hop dancer, putting together a lyrical combo to Slow Dancing in a Burning Room John Mayer - Continuum - Slow Dancing In a Burning Room

Here’s another piece by Brndon Dumlao to Turnin’ Me On Keri Hilson & Lil Wayne - In a Perfect World... (Bonus Track Version) - Turnin Me On – Lil Wayne Ft. Keri Hilson

In case you can’t remember who Brandon Dumlao is, here’s some clips of Brandon from Season 5 and Season 6 of SYTYCD:

Nappytab’s lyrical hip hop is great, but this guy OWNS lyrical hip hop. What a perfect fusion of the two! He brought the guitar riffs of “Slow Dancing” to life like no other choreography I’ve seen. I respect hip-hoppers so much because even the ones with little to no choreographing experience can create movements that embody the music perfectly. This guy obviously has experience, and I vote that he skips the competition and becomes a full time choreographer!
