I would really like to know what the farewell song for the guys is this season, or at least for the top 20 elimination episode. It’s really beautiful, and I can’t figure out what it is.
Disco TURN THE BEAT AROUND – 70’s, 90’s – Gloria Estefan & Vicki Sue Robinson
I have to admit I loved that they used a song from Glee.
@Marissa Jane: It’s “Where It Ends”
-16 Frames
@Amanda: Me too, but I didn’t love that song for that routine.
You can find Tyce Diorio’s sultry Broadway (Ashleigh & Jakob): “Hit Me with a Hot Note” -Sophisticated Ladies on Grooveshark – http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/song/Hit_Me_With_a_Hot_Note_And_Watch_Me_Bounce_/22745887
Thanks for keeping track of the songs on SYTYCD, it’s one of my favorite places to discover new music.
@NYCMere: You’re more than welcome! And thank you for putting that link up for other SYTYCD music fans.
I know this is a little late but I missed the top 20 show and saw the group dance on the finale and would like to know what the song was. It wasn’t posted with the top 20 song list. Thanks.
Hi John: That’s cause that group routine was from the night before, the Meet the Top 20 show. It’s the first song, Comanche, by the Revels.
Hey,
anyone knows the song to Kathryn’s elimination clip? And also the song to Jakob and Russell’s journey clip?
I think they used different ones.
Here is all of the music from the finale: http://www.puresytycd.com/2009/12/16/sytycd-top-6-results-music-finale-part-ii/
Kathryn’s song was “Something Beautiful”
by Needtobreathe
The Jakob/Russell journey song was “Time of Our Lives”
by Paul van Dyk
