SYTYCD Canada – 2 Former Contestants on America’s Best Dance Crew (Shane Sparks Featured)
I don’t know if anybody who watches this show ABDC is well known for having SYTYCD dancers on the show for example Hok, Ryan, Dominic (aka D-Trix) Donyelle some other people who have auditioned for the show and Shane West as judges for the previous 4 seasons… But if you have not noticed 2 weeks ago in the Eastern Regionals ‘The Blueprint Cru’ features Nicolas & Vincent from the Canadian version. They are featured in the finals which would probably have been shown by now.
If you listen carefully they almost didn’t make it into the Regionals due to Visa problems
Here’s some videos from their Regionals round:
Even Shane Sparks makes an apperance:
They are even tipped to win alongside ‘The Swagger Crew’ & ‘Poreotix’
My wife and I are watching ABDC. She’s still bitter that Vincent Noiseux was kicked off SYTYCD Canada when he was. (For that matter, don’t get her started on how Izaak made Top 10 (fangirls liked how pretty he was) and Francis didn’t.)
As to ABDC, The Blueprint Cru made it to the Nationals this past weekend, and they looked very good. Interesting routine, powerful moves, very in synch. T-L seems to be a harsh taskmaster, but she also seems to be a great leader. I would have to say that the crew is in my top 3, too.
Here’s a clip from the weekend: http://www.woopie.jp/video/watch/97c3324c653b1727
I remember Vincent from SYTYCD Canada and I wasn’t even following the series. I watched some of his dancing with his partner (lisa I think?) I heard he was one of the nicest dudes on the show.
As for ABDC, Even though there might be some backlash on the crew from Hawaii, I’m fully supporting them because my coworker is in the crew. Go Hype 5-0!
I think Blueprint and Poreotix are probably the top two contenders.
My wife thought that Vincent and Lisa were the most mature and professional of the contestants. Vincent and Lisa were made the dance captains on the SYTYCD Canada live tour.
The first Canadian tour was a good show, but it didn’t have nearly the money/tech supporting it that the U.S. Season 5 tour had, which we saw in Minneapolis.
