You can find all of Season 7’s music here.
Oblivion by Astor Piazzolla, available on i-Tunes.
@ME McGraw: Lol. I realized that when I caught the video after the show. My mom was helping her and I get weird song titles from her texts when she does that. THANKS!!!
the Sean Cheesman Afro Jazz music is actually called “The Path” by Ralph McDonald, and it should be available on iTunes 🙂
oops, not on iTunes, shoot
I think that Sean Cheesman reused that song from the Canadian version. I checked, and I remembered it right. I didn’t like the song reuse, though I suppose that it’s been done before with other versions too.
Thank you for taking the time to do this. There is so much music I try to capture while the show is on but its just too diffiuclt.
@Emma: I think you’re right.
@Christina: You’re welcome! I hear ya about the difficulty level. I’ve picked up tricks here or there, but I always forget how difficult it is till my poor mom’s trying to help me, as she did for half the show tonight, and I’m coaching her via text. 🙂 It’s a real challenge, like a puzzle. I’m glad there’s an audience for it cause I enjoy it. Lol.
“Hide U” was originally done by Suzanne Palmer, and is also available on iTunes. They’ve got the short and long(club) versions. Enjoy!
@Emma, you are right, I posted the link in my comments on Emilie’s power rankings/performance thoughts post. I wasn’t too keen on the song reuse, but at least he didn’t do what Lil C did last year when he basically reused an entire routine, right down to the theme, that he had done previously on SYTYCD Canada. At least Sean didn’t use the same themes, I preferred Lauren’s costume to Jayme Rae’s, and Daniel captured the movements better than AdeChike did, so I guess it’s a wash for me, I liked them both.
I think its Basement Jaxx not Jazz
@oxallixo: Thanks for catching my typo. 🙂 Lol. All fixed now.
