Hani Abaza & Shelaina Anderson sent home on SYTYCD Canada Week one.
I posted the Top 10 Males and Top 10 Females yesterday with photos, videos and a poll to choose your favourite. I thought I should include the two that left this week also….
I still disagree with sending Hani home, he was pretty amazing and my #1 dance this week. Shelaina had to go, sadly, because of her injury.
Do you agree with Hani being sent home?
Let’s hope Canada votes better next week! I always comment on how poorly America votes (I can watch SYTYCD USA but can’t vote) and now, I have to vote and hope Canadians vote smart also!!

Shelaina Anderson, 19, Edmonton
Hani being sent home was bogus. He only ended up being in the bottom 3 because he was at a voting disadvantage, everyone else received double the votes because they were being voted as a couple and Hani had only his own fan base voting for him. I’m STILL scratching my head as to WHY the judges chose him to go. He had the best performance, best choreo and even had an All Star as a partner. The judges gushed over him and told him and his performance, even told him that he’s top 10 material. Then they have the gall to send him packing the next night. WTH???!!!
SUCH a good point, of COURSE he had lower votes – and then to be sent home – so silly!!! *sigh* but we can’t change what is done, so we move forward… reluctantly 🙁

@ AJ – Agreed! Worse than S1 when Arassay Reyes was eliminated.
