This is a really cool video of Wade Robson and his wife Amanda Robson discussing the process they go through for creating a routine on So You Think You Can Dance. I think this is one of the most insightful videos I’ve seen on what the choreographers on SYTYCD do to get a routine ready. I also really love how Wade and his wife work together to make it happen.
Another good find this week was these videos showing a little bit of behind the scenes of the choreography on So You Think You Can Dance. I love how this video splices together video of the SYTYCD rehearsals with the actual performance shows:
I loved to hear Nappytabs talk about their group number with Dmitry Chaplin. It really gave me a better understanding of what they had in mind. Plus, the rehearsal performance shots are nice since you can actually see the dancers better than you can in the live show.
