Here are the videos I could find of Natalie Fotopoulos and Ivan Koumaev’s final dances together. I couldn’t find Ivan’s final solo so if you find it let me know and I’ll post it.
Natalie & Ivan Contemporary
Commentary: This couple has a challenging contemporary routine to perform. It’s a routine that has Natalie and Ivan doing a lot of touching. As always, these contemporary routines do very little for me, and the judges agree. The chemistry just isn’t there, which is really important in this style of dance.
Natalie & Ivan Jive
Commentary: These 2 roll out of bed (separately!) and go into the studio way too sleepy to be learning the jive. I don’t know much about this dance, but I don’t think it involves yawning. They come out dressed in some kind of hybrid biker gear, which Natalie seems to be especially embracing. It seemed to lack some energy, especially for a jive. The judges agree, saying it was too low energy and lacked any visible chemistry.
Natalie’s Solo
Commentary: Natalie jumps out with a burst of energy looking ever the 80’s teen queen. She really breaks out the thigh muscle in this one, doing some moves that would break the legs of any mortal woman.
I’m a little behind getting my blogging out since my site got taken down. Luckily, I have a backup server that I can use that won’t have that problem. Everyone knows by now that Natalie Fotopoulos and Ivan Koumaev were voted off So You Think You Can Dance(SYTYCD). Everyone knew that was coming. My wife and I both picked them to be off the show. Too bad I can’t prove it since that’s one of the posts that I lost when my site was deleted. Just trust me on it.
The funny thing is that maybe Fox didn’t get the message of who was kicked off. If you look at the main page of Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance website, it has Natalie Fotopoulos as voted off, but Ivan Koumaev doesn’t say he was voted off. What a crappy webmaster!! They should hire me to take care of these things.
