We hope that all of you will keep coming back for season 6 of So You Think You Can Dance. We’ll need everyone’s help again next season to put together the list of music from the audition episodes of So You Think You Can Dance season 6. I couldn’t even come close to making that list on my own, so I appreciate everyone’s help in figuring out the SYTYCD music.
Did you notice that 3 out of all the “best” and most memorable were from the very first show of the season? The Jeanine/Phillip Hip-Hop, Kayla/Max Samba and Caitlin/Jason Bollywood.
Thanks for an awesome season! 😀
[…] full list of the dances is here, blessings upon a person who took […]
Does anyone know the song they played during the clip with the highlights of Brandon and Jeanine, right before they announced the winner?
That sound caught my attention, haha.
That sound…jeebus, I meant that song. haha
Does anyone know what the montage song was? The one where they showed how the top 20 got there? I’ve been looking for this song ever since they used it in one of the Audition shows, and they reused it here with more lyrics (thankfully).
Anyone know?
I think it goes:
Tell me how we seem to’ve made it
Tell me how we dreamed we’d walk up straight
Last night you sat and waited
____ to play
We’re so great
Come on
Come on
Turn it up and dance with
That’s all I could pull out past the dialogue and Mary screams 🙂

I hope you continue to stalk us. Just don’t tell my wife.
OMG Liz:
Thank you SOOO much – this song has been eluding me since the Miami auditions. Thank you sooooo much!!!
Routines I thought would be brought back by the judges:
~Jeanine and Phillip’s 2nd hip hop (Love Lockdown)
~Melissa and Ade’s first contemporary
~Kapono and Ashley’s Wade Robsin jazz (Felt Mountain)
~I don’t know the name of the song this was dance to, or who choreographed it, but it was the last dance of the top 12 show, it was danced by Janette and Brandon, and Janette had red hair
~Karla and Jonathan’s contemporary (Falling Slowly)
Anyone have any others to add?
Routines I Think Will Be Emmy Nominated
Tyce Diorio’s “This Woman’s Work” danced by Melissa and Ade
Travis Wall’s “If it Kills Me” danced by Jeanine and Jason
Mia Michael’s “Gravity” danced by Kayla and Kupono
