@Marie: Thanks for the confirmation!! Is it bad when I can miss half the show and still guess half the information when given the other half? Or good? 🙂 As for your website…what I wouldn’t give to dance with Maks. Sigh….

I love Janelle Monae. That was awesome. Loved having a woman dancing that didn’t wear skimpy clothes and try to be overly sexy. To me, the James-Brownesque dancing was really freakin’ awesome.
@beth: That’s a great point. I still haven’t seen the performance. I’ve been so caught up in everything I never went back and watched the parts of the episode I missed. But I’m with you – male musicians don’t always have to be half naked and overtly sexual in order to be talented and relevant, so it’s good to see a female performer just doing her thing. 🙂
